The team at Hallmark did an absolutely fantastic job of installing a new floor in our townhouse. The phrase ‘above and beyond’ gets thrown around, but these guys truly did go the extra mile. There was a tight schedule and everything was mapped out - from ordering materials, delivery, installation, and cleanup. The floor looks stunning and we couldn’t be happier with the final result.
Our next job will be to replace carpets on the upper floor and there won’t be any 'shopping around', we’ll go straight to Hallmark and have them do the work for us. Do your due diligence, get a second quote, but know that the Hallmark team can’t be beat for quality and workmanship. A huge thank you to everyone involved from the storefront to the installation team. You guys are great!

I was so pleased with my experience buying new carpet from Hallmark Flooring is S. Surrey. They totally aced the insulation and cleaned up everything. The guys were so nice to work with and the quality of both the padding and carpet was top of the line. I like to support my local merchants and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Recently we had Hallmark Flooring install new laminate in our downstairs bedroom. The project from beginning to end was professionally managed. First, the floor options were clearly described that made the decision of which flooring to use easier. Complications arose when moisture was discovered under the old flooring but thankfully they took charge and gave us excellent advice and service. The end result was a job well done. We are very happy with the results and we highly recommend Hallmark Flooring. They went the extra mile to make sure that the floor was done to our satisfaction.

We recently tore out old carpet and installed new underlay and carpet at my mother’s condo. Frank and Matteo did a fantastic job; moving heavy furniture, vacuuming the hallways of any carpeting debris and moving the furniture back to exactly the right spot. My mother was very happy with the process and the result! It looks really great. Thank you!
